British Flannel

Our house flannel is woven in Huddersfield, a town historically associated with the production of fine woollen cloth, by one of England’s oldest mills. The fabric is finished using the traditional London Shrunk method, a time-honoured process that stabilises the cloth before cutting and making.

Through a controlled sequence of dampening, drying, and pressing, internal tension is removed and the flannel is pre-shrunk to its natural state. The result is a fabric with a natural drape and a soft, comfortable handle, well suited to tailored trousers.

Made in Italy

Our trousers are made in a small specialist workshop in Italy dedicated exclusively to the construction of trousers. Each pair is cut and assembled according to house patterns refined over time, with particular attention paid to balance, proportion, and ease of wear.

Construction details reflect a sartorial approach: a curtained waistband for comfort and longevity, a traditional button fly, an after-dinner split at the back, and fine pick stitching along the fly and pockets. Buttons are made from either buffalo horn or corozo.
