Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within one working day. During peak periods, it may take up to two days. Transit times displayed below are in addition to this processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be collected on the next business day.

If your order includes both ready-to-wear and made-to-order items, we will ship everything together once the made-to-order item is ready, unless individual items qualify for free shipping on their own.

*Estimated delivery times are indicative and based on information provided by the carrier. Once dispatched, orders are handled by PostNL or FedEx. While we monitor shipments closely and assist where possible, transit times may occasionally vary due to customs procedures, local regulations, weather conditions, or network capacity.

Taxes & Duties

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to the VAT rate of the destination country, in compliance with EU regulations as of 1 July 2021.

United Kingdom

For orders up to £135, VAT is charged at checkout and is reimbursed by us to the UK authorities.

For orders above £135, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. These orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these are fees managed by local authorities and cannot be recovered by us.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union are excluded from VAT. Taxes and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

The amount shown at checkout is the total landed cost, meaning your order is shipped Delivery Duty Paid and will be delivered without additional charges from your local customs authorities.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these are fees managed by local authorities and cannot be recovered by us.
