Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or altered products.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Within the EU, exchanges are free of charge: select a different size in our returns portal, and both the return shipment and the new item will be shipped to you at no cost.

If you wish to return an item for a refund rather than an exchange, you can download a return label through the returns portal. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Outside the EU, both returns and exchanges are subject to the same return label cost, which will be deducted from your refund or charged for the exchange shipment.

Refunds

We will confirm your refund once we have received and processed your return. You can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method, or as store credit.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs. Within the EU, return label costs only apply to returns, not exchanges, as described above. Outside the EU, return label costs apply to both.

For international orders, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these are fees managed by local authorities and cannot be recovered by us.
