To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be changed or refunded. Please make sure to fill in the return form and wrap the items carefully.
Returns from outside the European Union
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed with your return and please wait for our reply. While filling out the customs declaration (CN22 and/or CN23), make sure mark "Returned Goods - Failed sale" and attach the document on the outside of the parcel. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the Netherlands and so being returned to the sender. We recommend writing "Returned Goods - Failed sale" with a marker on the outside of the package.
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently returned the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (such as certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.
