We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days for a full refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-made or altered products.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Exchange items will be shipped to you free of charge, but you remain responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item(s). For exchanges, where no refund is issued, we will send a payment request for any remaining balance, if applicable.
Refunds
We will confirm your refund once we have received and processed your return. Refunds can be issued either as store credit or to the same account used for the original payment. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs or any costs incurred in returning the goods to us. In addition, we cannot accept liability for, or refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
