Returns
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on custom-made or altered products.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
To initiate a return or exchange, please access our returns portal, select your items, and provide the reason for the return or exchange. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange items will be shipped to you free of charge, though you remain responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item(s), which is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will send a refund confirmation once we have received and processed your return. We refund the money to the same account as you made the payment with. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any costs made returning the goods to us. In addition, we cannot accept liability for, and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refundable import duties
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently returned the goods to us, it may be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (such as certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further questions on duties refundable, please contact your local customs authority.
