We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days for a full refund. Please make sure to notify us by email at so we know we can expect your package. The returns can be sent to the following address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be changed or refunded. Please make sure to fill in the return form and wrap the items carefully.

Returns from outside the European Union

Contact us at to proceed with your return and please wait for our reply. While filling out the customs declaration (CN22 and/or CN23), make sure mark "Returned Goods - Failed sale" and attach the document on the outside of the parcel.  Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the Netherlands and so being returned to the sender. We recommend writing "Returned Goods - Failed sale" with a marker on the outside of the package.

If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently returned the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (such as certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.


We will send a refund confirmation once we have received and processed your return. We refund the money to the same account as you made the payment with. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any costs made returning the goods to us. In addition, we cannot accept liability for, and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend the use of a tracked service when returning goods.
