We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days for a full refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-made or altered products.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
Within the EU, exchanges are free. There are no return shipping costs, and you may use store credit to order the item in a different size.
Once you have submitted your return or exchange, you can download your return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will confirm your refund once we have received and processed your return. Refunds can be issued either as store credit or to the same account used for the original payment.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs or any costs incurred in returning the goods to us.
For international orders, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these are fees managed by local authorities and cannot be recovered by us.
