Returns
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days for a full refund. Please make sure to notify us by email at customercare@besnard.co so we know we can expect your package. The returns can be sent to the following address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be changed or refunded. Please make sure to fill in the return form and wrap the items carefully.
Returns from outside the European Union
Contact us at customercare@besnard.co to inform us about the return. We will share the instructions for returns from outside the European Union. We do not accept returns without the correct forms and commercial invoices provided by us.
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently returned the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (such as certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.
