Returns

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on custom-made or altered products.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.

Return process within the EU

  1. Sign in to your Account and select the order that you want to submit the return for
  2. On the top right click on Request Return
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, enter a return reason and click on Request Return
  4. You will receive a confirmation once your return is approved
  5. Wrap the items carefully and ship the return back to us within 14 days. We recommend using a tracked service when returning goods.
  6. Once we have processed the return you will receive a refund confirmation email

Return process outside the EU

  1. Sign in to your Account and select the order that you want to submit the return for
  2. On the top right click on Request Return
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, enter a return reason and click on Request Return
  4. You will receive a confirmation once your return is approved
  5. We will provide a UPS return label at the best rate charged to us by UPS (the costs vary per country and size of the parcel). The actual amount will be deducted from the refund.
  6. Wrap the items carefully and ship the return back to us within 14 days
  7. Once we have processed the return you will receive a refund confirmation email

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns shipped with Royal Mail, USPS or postal services.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.

Refunds

We will send a refund confirmation once we have received and processed your return. We refund the money to the same account as you made the payment with. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any costs made returning the goods to us. In addition, we cannot accept liability for, and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refundable import duties

If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently returned the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (such as certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further questions on duties refundable, please contact your local customs authority.
