Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within one working day. During peak periods, it may take up to two days. Transit times displayed below are in addition to this processing time.

Once your order ships, you should receive shipping confirmation. If it's been more than three business days and you haven't received tracking information, feel free to email us at customercare@besnard.co to make sure your order is on its way. Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank holidays are excluded. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected on the next business day.

Please note that if your order includes both ready-to-wear and made-to-order items, we will ship everything together once the made-to-order item is ready, unless individual items qualify for free shipping on their own.

Taxes & Duties

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to the VAT rate of the destination country, in compliance with EU regulations as of 1 July 2021.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are exempt from VAT (21%). Orders valued at $800 or less typically enter the US duty- and tax-free under the de minimis rule. However, orders exceeding $800 may be subject to duties and taxes upon import. For exact details and current regulations, we recommend consulting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website or contacting your local customs office directly.

United Kingdom

For orders up to £135 shipped to the United Kingdom, VAT is included in the checkout total, and no additional VAT is required upon import. For orders exceeding £135 shipped to the UK, VAT is excluded at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable VAT upon importing goods into the UK.

Outside the European Union

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are excluded from VAT. Please note that on orders outside the EU, we cannot guarantee that all customs duties and local taxes are included. Customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packages Returned Due to Unpaid Duties

If you choose not to accept delivery of your order due to duties or taxes, and the package is returned to us, we'll need to deduct the direct costs incurred from your refund. These costs may include, but are not limited to, packaging, shipping, local VAT, and duties.

For certainty regarding your country's duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please ensure awareness of local taxes and duties before ordering from our site.
