Orders Shipped with UPS Standard
For orders placed within the EU, delivery typically takes 1–6 business days.
Orders Shipped with DHL Express
For EU orders, delivery is usually within 1–2 business days. For orders to North America, delivery generally takes 2–3 business days.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as your order ships, we’ll also send a shipping notification with tracking details via email.
You can also track your order by logging in to your account.
We use PostNL for domestic shipments, UPS for shipments within the EU, and DHL Express for international shipments.
European Union
Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to the VAT rate of the destination country, in compliance with EU regulations as of 1 July 2021.
United Kingdom
For orders up to £135 shipped to the United Kingdom, VAT is included in the checkout total, and no additional VAT is required upon import. For orders exceeding £135 shipped to the UK, VAT is excluded at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable VAT upon importing goods into the UK.
Outside the European Union
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are excluded from VAT. Please note that on orders outside the EU, we cannot guarantee that all customs duties and local taxes are included. Customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you choose not to accept the duties or taxes after your package has left our premises, and the package is returned to us, you will be liable for all direct costs we incur. These costs may include, but are not limited to, payment fees, shipping, local VAT, and duties. Such costs will be deducted from the refund.
For certainty regarding your country's duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please ensure awareness of local taxes and duties before ordering from our site.
Returns & Exchanges
After receiving your order, you have 14 calendar days to return the items to us.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and labels attached.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on custom-made or altered products.

We typically process returns in 1-2 days and will send a refund confirmation once we have received and processed your return.
The refund will be issued to the same account used for the payment.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any expenses incurred in returning the goods to us. Additionally, we cannot accept liability for, nor can we refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Exchanges are available through our return portal. To request an exchange, initiate a return via the portal and include the size you would like to receive as an exchange in the notes section.
The exchange item will be shipped to you free of charge. Please note, however, that you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
