Navy trousers in cavalry twill, one of our favourite cloths for autumn and winter. The steep double twill shows as raised diagonal cords across a matte surface, which gives the navy a visible texture up close.

At 430 grams the cloth is hardwearing and holds the shape of the trousers through the day. It is woven in Yorkshire and dyed after weaving.

Made in Italy with a high rise, single pleats and a gentle taper below the knee. Side adjusters at the waist keep the line clean without a belt. Wear them with an oatmeal sport coat, or more casually with a lambswool sweater or cardigan.
