Dark Blue Cashmere Cotton Wide Rib Crew Neck

This dark blue crew neck is knitted in Scotland from cashmere and cotton, roughly two parts cashmere to one part cotton. The cashmere gives softness and a little warmth, the cotton keeps it breathable and adds strength to the yarn. Lighter than our lambswool, and made for the months either side of summer.

It is knitted in a wide rib, where the ribs run down the body in broad columns. The columns catch the light differently along their length, which gives the sweater more depth than a flat knit. The rib also stretches and settles back with the body. We make ours slightly shorter in the body, which sits well with high-rise trousers.
