Air Force Blue Wool Knee High Socks

A pair of air force blue knee high socks knitted in Italy from merino wool. Merino is a fine fibre, so it does not prickle, and it holds warmth without bulk, which means a wool sock can comfortably be worn with dress shoes. A fifth of the yarn is polyamide, which is what keeps the heel and toe from wearing thin. The toe seam is hand-linked, so it lies flat under the toes, and the toe and heel are reinforced.
