Our knitted ties are manufactured in Germany using 16 metres long flat-bed knitting machines. Subsequently, the knitted silk is sewn together into a tube and placed on wooden strips for 24 hours to attain the desired tie shape. The high density and the substantial amount of silk used contribute to the sought-after crunchiness in knitted ties.
